Vahram Balumyan graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. While attending CSUN Mr. Balumyan was an active member of a student based organization, the Armenian Education Relief Fund (AERF), through which he helped raise and deliver first-hand over $40,000 in essential supplies for 8 kindergartens throughout the most impoverished areas of Armenia, to support over 700 children.
Mr. Balumyan earned his Juris Doctorate in 2013 from Western State College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Balumyan earned the Business Law Certificate with an emphasis in International Corporations, Negotiations, and Tax Law.
In addition, Mr. Balumyan earned a Distinguished Public Service Certificate and was trained as a certified preparer in state and federal tax filings through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
After being admitted to the California State Bar, Mr. Balumyan has been actively practicing law in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, real estate transactions and Workers Compensation.
