April F. Remigio grew up on the Central Coast of California. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2008.
Ms. Remigio received her JD from Western State University College of Law in 2011. While in law school, Ms. Remigio was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association and also served as an editor of the Law Review and the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Ms. Remigio served as a judicial extern with the California Court of Appeal.
Ms. Remigio is an experienced Workers’ Compensation attorney who has dedicated her career to servicing her clients with integrity and a commitment to protecting each client’s interests to achieve successful case resolution through expeditious settlement or aggressive litigation. Ms. Remigio’s experience includes early settlement, dismissals, and successful trials before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board resulting in “Take Nothing” rulings.
